Caption is the Question name.

Caption Color
Caption Color determines the color of the Caption.

Caption Weight
Caption Weight determines if the Caption is ‘Regular’ or ‘Bold’ font type.

True Text
True Text determines what is displayed when the question is marked True.

False Text
False Text determines what is displayed when the question is marked False.

Required Field
Required Field allows you to require the question be answered before it can be submitted

Read-Only Options
Read-Only Options allows you to determine if the answer field is accessible to the user. ‘Never’ allows users to always edit and input data. ‘Always’ prevents users from ever editing or inputting data into that field. ‘After Initial Submission’ allows the data to be input until it is submitted, then it is locked.
